The same flour supplier problem that led to the recall of millions of Hostess snack cakes and prepared baked goods at Chick Fil-A, Cinnabon, and a number of supermarket chains has struck again. Flour that may be contaminated with traces of peanuts was used to make Rold Gold pretzels, normally a food that is not supposed to contain nuts.

If you or someone you might share snacks with has a peanut allergy, check your pantry and at-work snack stash (what, you don’t have an at-work snack stash?) for the affected items:

• Rold Gold Tiny Twists – 1 oz. , 2 oz., 16 oz. and 20½ oz.
• Rold Gold Thins – 4 oz. and 16 oz.
• Rold Gold Sticks – 16 oz.
• Rold Gold Honey Wheat Braided – 10 oz.

Affected pretzels will have a “guaranteed fresh” date between June 28, 2016 and August 23, 2016. Look for a production code below that date with “32” as the last digit, as in x32xxxxxx.

Multi-packs with some Rold Gold products are more complicated to screen, since every freshness date is different, but here’s what to look for:

• 20 count Baked & Popped Mix — “use by” dates ranging from May 31 – August 9, 2016
• 20 count SunChips & Rold Gold Mix — “use by” dates ranging from June 14 – August 9, 2016
• 32 count Fun Times Mix — “use by” dates ranging from May 31 – August 9, 2016
• 30 count Baked & Popped Variety Pack — “use by” dates ranging from June 14 – August 9, 2016
• 30 count Home Town Favorite Variety Pack — “use by” dates ranging from May 31 – July 26, 2016
