As today is the last weekday of National Ice Cream Month, it might be the right time to look at some ice cream flavors that aren’t exactly mouth-watering. Luckily, the editors over at TheGloss.com have compiled a list of 10 bizarre flavors for your freezer.

1. Haggis Ice Cream
If you don’t know what haggis is, consider yourself lucky. It’s a traditional Scottish dish made from sheep innards, onions, suet, and other stuff… all cooked in a sheep’s stomach or intestinal casing. Surely this would make for a tasty ice cream, right? You’ll have to go to Morelli’s in London to find out.

2. Collagen Lemon Ice Cream
Tired of injecting collagen into your lips? Well, you can add it to your hips by eating chunks of it in this treat.

3. Sardines & Brandy Ice Cream
Want something fishy with your dessert? Or do you need some liquid courage to down some sardines? Then pick up this flavor at Heladeria de Lares in Lares, Venezuela.

4. Squid Ink Ice Cream
This might not actually be so bad, though I can imagine some being put off by the dark color. Apparently it’s big in Japan. But then again, so was Jennifer Love Hewitt’s pop album.

5. Caviar Ice Cream
Expensive fish eggs aren’t just for appetizers anymore…

6. Candied Bacon Ice Cream
What’s this doing on this list? It sounds yumtastic and I will have two pints to go please.

7. Dracula Cool Garlic Mint Ice Cream
Garlic ice cream has been around for a while, but I’d never heard of a mint/garlic combo. Now you can simultaneously spoil and freshen your breath, all while eating dessert.

8. Viagra Ice Cream
I think this is just so named because of its blue color. Or is this just another stunt by Pfizer to get an extension on its patent?

9. Salad Ice Cream
Even this will not succeed in getting your kids to eat their veggies, so don’t get your hopes up.

10. Foie Gras Ice Cream
Several places have at least considered outlawing foie gras, but I don’t know if that includes this goose liver ice cream, which retails for around $150.
