A Starbucks customer was charged with two counts of public indecency and one count of posession of cannabis after an incident in a Chicago Starbucks where he was said to be “staring at woman and fondling himself.”

The Chicago police say that one of the customers who complained about the man recorded this alleged fondling with his cell phone and put the material in a DVD.

That’s very well organized complaining, we have to say. Good work.
