Very Angry Man Rams Car Into Jack In The Box Restaurant Twice Image courtesy of Noel
It was clear that the man who drove into a Jack In The Box restaurant in Koreatown, Los Angeles, didn’t do it by accident. He backed up and rammed into the building a second time. There were around 20 to 25 customers in the store at the time, and no one was injured. The restaurant can be repaired, and the drive-thru is open.
This is no hilarious story about a guy who was hangry and a collision where no one was hurt, because police on the scene believe that what precipitated the car-ramming incident was a domestic violence situation. Police told KCAL (warning: auto-play video at that link) that the driver was trying to gain access to the restaurant’s (locked) ladies’ room and was shouting a woman’s name.
He was arrested for assault with a deadly weapon (a car). Police said that he may have been under the influence of drugs or alcohol at the time of the crash. Well, crashes.
One customer was on the scene and posted the building carnage to Instagram.
