Sorry canucks, your shoe options just shrunk a little bit. Starting April 1st, Zappos is no longer going to ship to Canada.
One of the biggest problems? It’s tricky to for e-commerce players to get stuff through Canadian customs, says TechDirt. That interferes with Zappos ability to provide the quickest and most high quality customer experience that they can, and if they can’t guarantee the same level of experience as they can in the states, they’d rather just not do business there than suffer brand damage. Also, it’s really hard to source shoes in Rocky Raccoon’s size.
