    I’ve found Bloomingdales to offer some of the best customer service around–who else takes things back with no questions asked after 60 days? I’ve shopped there for years and have never had a problem–some people just like to complain about everything.

    Bloomingdales has a very liberal CS policy. I can’t imagine ever needing to contact their Executive CS.

    Now, Duane Reade, CVS, yeah. Have we their Executive numbers?
