T-Mobile CEO Rips AT&T CEO, Asks AT&T Customers To E-Mail Him Their Suggestions

Yesterday, AT&T CEO Randall Stephenson made it clear that he has no interest in hearing from customers who might have a suggestion for a new product or service. And because T-Mobile CEO John Legere will take every opportunity he can get to needle AT&T, he’s using this news to point out that he’s slightly more receptive than Dandy Randy from the Death Star — and that he’s also willing to field suggestions for AT&T. AT&T CEO Regrets He Ever Offered Unlimited Data To You Ungrateful Punks In The First Place

A lot of things keep AT&T CEO Randall Stephenson up at night. If he has enough hair gel to get through the week… Putting down the pesky rebels led by that Luke kid from Tatooine. But mostly it’s about how third-party messaging systems are taking money out of his company’s coffers and how he never foresaw that people might actually want to use smartphones for things other than checking e-mail. AT&T CEO: $10 DSL "Not A Product That Our Customers Have Clamored For"

AT&T CEO Randall Stephenson told the Atlanta Journal Constitution that his customer just aren’t interested in ultra-cheap internet service. AT&T is required to offer $10 DSL throughout 22 states, a concession made to the FTC as part of a deal to acquire BellSouth. AT&T has been accused of hiding the $10 DSL option, which, apparently, they did for the sake of their customers. From the Atlanta Journal Constitution:
