• Today’s Woot! seems pretty righteous: 3 (count’em!) Uniden 5.8 GHz Digital Cordless Phones with answering system for $69.99. That’s a $50 dollar savings off the usual refurbished price. Finally, a spare phone to perch atop my limescaled porcelain throne.

• Today’s Woot!: a Toshiba Docking Station/USB Ethernet Hub with Dolby Digital for $49.99. Doesn’t require a Toshiba laptop. Looks most useful as a way of getting some decent sound out of your crappy laptop speakers, but perhaps the hardcore networking types require 4 Ethernet ports.

• Today’s Woot!: nFocus SP5000 HD-Ready LCD Home Theater Projector with a 76″ Screen for $729.99. Never before has a spread-eagled vagina looked so much like being devoured by a Cthulhu monster.

• Today’s Woot! is the Microsoft Wireless Desktop 6000 for 40 bucks. That’s a steal: these things can retail at $90. Already, Woot’s commenters are darkly hinting at a sell-out, so if you like funky shaped mice and weird curved keyboards with too many buttons, go grab one.

• I don’t have a real good idea what today’s Woot! is good for, and by the description, it doesn’t sound like the Wooters do either. Two Logitech Wireless Playlinks for $15.99. They appear to be devices that allow you to connect ethernet-compatible devices to your WiFi network, even if your router’s way across the room. Whatever. Rounding down for inflation, 16 bucks is practically free, and everyone can use another black obelisk in their apartment.

• It’s Toofer Tuesday over at Woot! so you know what that means: twice the savings on frivolous luxury devices you have no practical use for! Woot! claims the twain of Cobra 6 Mile FRS/GRMS Radios will come in handy in case of hurricane; to that list, we’d also like to add zombie apocalypse and talking to your best friend from your treehouse when he’s grounded. 20 bucks for the deuce.

• Today’s Woot! is a Bag of Crap. You missed it.

• Today’s Two For Tuesday on Woot!: 2 Logitech Cordless Attack Controllers for Xbox for $35, shipped. That’s about half price—and Logitech makes great wireless controllers. (No rumble, though.)

• Today’s Woot! are a pair of Logitech Bluetooth wireless headphones for PC for $35. The ‘for PC’ part means it uses a USB dongle for music output instead of a regular miniJack like the other Logitech USB units—something you might not need at all if your PC already has Bluetooth.

• Today’s Woot! is the Magellan RoadMate 360 GPS navigation system for $335. That’s a good price, plus there’s a $50 rebate. That is, of course, if you need a GPS unit.

• Today’s Woot! is a Seiko Alarm Chronograph for Men for $145. It’s quite ugly, like a metal shark’s tooth for your arm.

• Today’s Woot! is an over-priced, refurb hard disk-based camcorder. Considering it only has a 4GB capacity and you can purchased refurbed units with 20GB capacity for only $100 more, I’d say skip it.

• Today’s Woot! is a god damned golf club. I know nothing about golf, so if a $155 driver is a good deal, you’ll have to figure it out for yourself. I will not support your silly habit.

• Today’s Woot! is a punch of photo paper for $20. If you need 4 x 6 paper, it’s a pretty good deal. (100 sheets goes for $16ish other places, while this is 225 sheets.)
