Coloring: it’s not just for kids anymore. Adult coloring books have become trendy in the last year or so as an easy way for grownups to unwind and pretend they’re five again and don’t have to deal with things like jobs and bills. And what could be more enticing to a kid with a coloring book than a deluxe set of colored pencils?

For adults with childish dreams and deep pockets — and perhaps a more intense interest in drawing than coloring between the lines — New York City’s Museum of Modern Art is selling a limited edition, $3,000 set of 350 colored pencils, markers, water color brushes, and charcoals.

The supplies are sorted by color and housed in a box designed by Karl Lagerfeld at its design store, Quartz reports. The various tools — which cost about $12 each — are produced by Faber-Castell, a name your inner child will surely recognize.

But because the KARLBOX sold out pretty much immediately upon its debut, as noted by the Hollywood Reporter, there’s now a waiting list, the MoMA store tells Quartz.

As for why Lagerfeld, the head designer of Chanel, would want to lend his name to a box of art supplies, well, just ask him.

“What amuses me while drawing is the fact to draw,” he says the KARLBOX website. “To me drawing is like breathing and writing. These are things that almost relax me.”
