Worst Company In America Quarterfinals: Bank Of America Vs. Walmart

WCIA2013HEADERbofawalmart
We’re getting so close to handing out the Golden Poo you can almost taste it. Wait… that doesn’t sound right.

The WCIA quarterfinals kick off with the country’s most-reviled (and formerly largest) bank facing off against its most-hated (but most-popular) retailer.

Bank of America has never won the competition, but it has been the runner-up for the last two years, barely losing to oil-spilling ogre BP in 2011 and then getting schooled by EA in 2012. In this tournament, BofA has held off the viking and/or barbarian attack from Capital One in the first round and made Chase look like a chump in Round 2. It now has only one contender standing in its way of guaranteeing yet another appearance in the WCIA Final Four.

Today, that contender is Walmart, which has been successful thus far in WCIA 2013 play but has not been living up to the full potential its size would presumably allow. Walmart eked out a win against Best Buy to start the tournament, then performed only slightly better against Sears to earn its spot in the quarterfinals.

One company will move on. One will fall. You decide.

VOTING FOR THIS POLL IS NOW CLOSED. CONGRATS TO BANK OF AMERICA FOR REACHING THE FINAL FOUR!

This is a post in our Worst Company In America 2013 series. The companies competing for this honor were chosen by you, the readers. See the entire WCIA 2013 bracket HERE.
