We Need Your Help In Getting Comments Back On Consumerist
Rather than just guess at what features the members of the Consumerist community have on their wish-list, we want to have a better understanding of the many and disparate ways in which our readers use the site and the comments. That’s why we’ll be inviting a select group of readers to take part in the process.
We’re not looking for a band-aid. Consumerist is not just a site with a comments system and a cat that does your taxes. It’s more than that. It has a purpose. It has a mission.
We want to entertain and inform people, but we also fight for a fair and just marketplace. Our goal is to make intelligent and sustainable infrastructure investments that will allow us to provide features that you want, need and expect from Consumerist, without compromising on our mission and commitment to consumers. We need some folks who want to help us figure out the best way to do that.
The first step in applying to be part of fun is to take the survey linked at the bottom of this post. It will only take a few minutes but will provide us with a huge pile of helpful feedback.
A select group of survey respondents will be chosen to take part in further research and development. We may even become friends.
(NOTE: If you enter a fake e-mail address in the survey, you obviously won’t be able to take part in any future research or testing of the comment system because we have yet to discover a way to make contact with fictional beings.)
Keep in mind that none of the data collected in the survey will be provided to a third-party for commercial purposes. Because that’s not what we are about.
If you’re having trouble with that link, you can also CLICK HERE to take the survey.
