Once again, the folks at Money magazine have scoured the map of these fifty, nifty United States (from 13 original colonies) and, factoring in everything from jobs to schools to weather to stuff-to-do, come up with their list of the 100 Best Places To Live. But which of these towns have homes you can afford to buy?

Below is the list of Money’s top 10 best towns with the most affordable homes. With the exception of the top two locales on the list, median home prices in these towns average between 1.5 and 1.6 times the median family income of residents. Only the top town — Hunter’s Creek, FL — has a median home price less than the median family income.

Compared to Money’s list of the 10 best places to live, only one town — Papillion, NE, near Omaha — makes both lists.

Florida, Iowa and Texas each have two towns in the top 10. The remaining four come from North Carolina, Nebraska, Illinois and Indiana.
