USAA And Mastercard Turn Celebrity Librarian Into Unwitting Consumer Scofflaw
K.G. writes that she used her Mastercard to pay for a car rental from Avis. The card issuer, Consumerist darling USAA, assured her that the card provided insurance coverage for rental cars.
