$5K Customer Is Very Insignificant Person To Raymour & Flanigan
Maybe $5,000 isn’t a lot to furniture retailer Raymour & Flanigan, but it is to Jeff and his fiancée. That’s how much they dropped on furniture during a “VIP” sale at one of their stores. Most of the furniture has been delivered and is pretty great, but the two recliners they ordered were due to arrive weeks ago, and still haven’t showed up. Guy Can't Get His Car Back Until December Because Part Is Unavailable
Neal can’t get his 2007 Ford Freestyle fixed because Ford tells him the part is backordered until December, and his Ford dealership will only cover a rental for part of the timespan as his car sits in the dealership. He writes:

They laptops were originally supposed to ship on June 26. According to Dell’s website, their current ship date is August 28. Dell’s customers are mad, mad, mad. They got no warning that their computers would take weeks and weeks to ship. We’re also getting reports that Dell is giving customers the run around when they try to cancel.
