Did The Hurricane Keep You From Your Free Taco Bell? Don’t Fret Image courtesy of Free tacos at another time
While the rest of the country is currently chowing down on free Taco Bell thanks to San Franciso Giants outfielder Angel Pagan’s stolen base in the World Series, many of us in the Mid-Atlantic are more focused on things like saving our homes and wondering where our cars drifted off to. Thankfully, Taco Bell says y’all can still eat up at a later date.
“While we want everyone to get their free Doritos Locos Taco from the Steal a Base, Steal a Taco promotion, our top priority is the well-being of our team members and customers during this massive storm,” writes the company in a statement. “In the affected areas, we are now focused on feeding first responders and reopening our restaurants. Our operators are handling this on a case-by-case basis, and the restaurants that are able to reopen today will honor the free taco giveaway from 2 -6 PM local time. Restaurants unable to open will give out free Doritos Locos Tacos at a date to be determined.”
So you’ll still be able to get that hard-earned free Dorito-shell taco without having to row your truck through the drive-thru.
