Man Arrested After Trying To Bail Out Of Mid-Air Flight
Although some flights are uncomfortable, that’s no excuse to try to bust open an emergency exit and take a leap. Authorities arrested a Delta Airlines passenger who allegedly tried to to just that Sunday.
CBS Las Vegas reports the plane was more than 30,000 feet high when the 60-year-old suspect tried to open the exit door above the wing. Fellow passengers restrained him until the flight landed and the man was arrested. The suspect faces a charge of interfering with a flight crew and is forbidden to fly until his case is resolved.
