After years in court, the determined twin Harvard classmates of Facebook CEO/president Mark Zuckerberg who claim he stole their idea for Facebook have finally given up their legal challenge to their $65 million 2008 settlement.

Reuters reports the twins, who had said they believed Facebook was incorrectly valued at the time of the settlement, have decided not to appeal their case to the Supreme Court.

Facebook issued a somewhat mocking statement: “We’ve considered this case closed for a long time, and we’re pleased to see the other party now agrees.”
