House Prices Sink To Lowest Level Since 2002
House prices are dropping like game-winning Derrick Williams and-ones, reportedly now sinking in February to an average of $156,100, the lowest point since 2002.
The Telegraph relays a National Association of Realtors report that says the prices keep falling because of the excess supply created during the hyperactive construction of the housing boom. Home construction has now hit a record low.
The good news for prospective buyers is that the longer they wait, the better deals they’ll find. If you’re looking for a house, what steals have you manged to scope out?
