I know here in Boston the word frappe as a different meaning, but that Frappe machine has to be the dumbest kitchen gadget that I’ve seen in a while. It uses 3 tablespoons of coffee and a tiny coffee filter. Wouldn’t a single serve k-cup be more logical? And it sends the hot coffee directly onto ice! Who uses something like that?

      • Clyde Barrow says:

Your idea would work but I think a frappe machine uses more coffee because of the ice that is added as an ingredient. I looked at a frappe machine at Target and figured I could just use my blender. And speaking of k-cups, last week I bought a Keurig B44 and the coffee that it makes is incredible.
