What’s the deal with that DFS Direct Sales? Is that a legit company owned by Dell or some knockoff or what?

      • Taliskan says:

Yeah, DFS is a branch of Dell that deals with refurbished, returned/open box, and “used” computers. I got a netbook on the cheap from them a while back. Had no issues, used my DFS account.

      • BigSlowTarget says:

Looks a great deal (based on presentation, the models they have offered, operating systems offered and my own background in the industry) like it’s the Dell leasing arm getting rid of systems coming off lease at large corporations.

The Fandango deal requires you to sign up for an email subscription with Tippr (so incredibly aggrivating!) and then you have to go to the Atlanta page to get it.
