Those doctored $2 bills the World Reserve Monetary Exchange advertises as collectibles via misleading newspaper and magazine ads aren’t going away. The ad ran again Monday in papers around the country.
The funny money is emblazoned with a sticker that labels it with the name of a state, meant to capitalize on the state quarters craze from recent years.
The $2 bills go for $17 each but are still worth — you guessed it — $2. Be sure to alert any weirdo uncle of yours who buys stuff like this for people as birthday presents.
