Which is great news for the perpetrators of The Russian Connection ATM hacks. Now they can use operatives who don’t know English, expanding their reach to say, perhaps, seven-year-old street children.
Tipster James wonders further, why do we even have to select a language each and every time we use an ATM? Can’t our cards just remember which tongue we mother?
