Morning Deals Round Up

— Today’s Woot! is actually a pretty awesome deal—we may just pick one up ourselves. It’s the Voq Professional Unlocked GSM Smartphone for $85. Now we’re not saying the Voq is going to out-Treo your Blackberry or anything, but having an unlocked GSM phone around is great for those who use T-Mobile or Cingular. Swap SIM cards are go. Plus, it’s not like Windows Mobile 2003 is bad or anything. This is a great entry-level smartphone for a very fair price.

Skip the cell phone deal at amazon. It’s a rebate that you’ll wait 9 months or longer for. If the deal, sans rebate, is still a good one, go ahead and get the phone, but don’t expect to ever see the rebate.

Woot!’s Voq deal is actually very tempting to me — I currently have a RAZR and might not mind having some extra functionality at that low, low price.

If it had Bluetooth, I’d be completely sold. As it is, though, I’m on the fence. Damn.
