A Washington Post photographer has been disciplined for taking a cross-country RV trip to shoot photographs for a pro Walmart blog.
The blog, Wal-Marting Across America, detailed their adventure across as they motored from Walmart parking lot to Walmart parking lot, collecting Walmart worker’s stories across America. All the pictures have been since removed. Only a single farewell blog entry remains.
Jim Thresher’s trip expenses and the RV were provided by Working Families for Wal-Mart, an interest group formed last year by Walmart’s PR firm, Edelman.
Damn, this is what we missed out by not kissing Krempasky’s ring, a free RV trip!
