Ring ring, Mr. Banker, pick up the phone, we hit the stopwatch and hang up. Here are the results.

A tight race this week. It’ll be interesting to see Monday how the time between airlines, banks and cellphone companies stack up against each other.

    Overall, most banks are doing a pretty good job: being on hold for
    Whenever you post the final analysis, keep it in context that like 80% of these banks get you in under 3 minutes….thats infinitely better than, say…calling Dell tech support lol

    Considering that Bank One no longer exists, that is pretty good. How about National City? It has to be larger than some of those on the list?
