Add “Hide In Septic Tanks” To List Of Things People May Endure In Order To Peep

While you might not make it a habit to plumb the depths of a toilet’s septic tank with your eyes before you use it, it might be good to make a visual sweep part of your bathroom habit after a woman spotted a man ensconced in just such a spot at a women’s bathroom at an Oklahoma water park. Authorities are now claiming he’s a peeping Tom. A smelly, waste-covered, apparently willing to endure incredibly awful situations, peeping Tom. Allegedly.

The 52-year-old man was arrested Sunday after a woman visiting the restroom with her 7-year-old daughter saw a man looking up at her from inside the toilet [insert eleventy billion shudders evinced on multiple levels of grossness here], reports the Associated Press.

“He went in there, climbed down in the septic and was looking up at the people utilizing that facility,” a police officer with the Tulsa County Sheriff’s Office said.

He couldn’t go right to jail, as he was head-to-toe adorned in fecal matter, and had to first be sprayed off with a fire hose before stopping by the hospital to get checked out.

According to the police report, the man claimed that a woman had bopped him on the head with a tire iron and shoved him inside the toilet (after an altercation in the women’s bathroom? Did she drag him there?).But, noted the police:  “There were no injuries consistent with that.”
