First they took our Spaghetti-o’s, kombucha, and cat food, now Marie Callendar cheesy chicken and rice frozen meals have been recalled for a possible link to a salmonella outbreak in 14 states. HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO EAT?

The people who contracted salmonella told the Center for Disease Control that they ate Marie Callenders between April and May, 2010.

The recall affects 13-oz packages of both Marie Callender’s Cheesy Chicken & Rice White Meat Chicken, and Broccoli over Rice Topped with Rich Cheddar Sauce. The package will have a “P-45” inside the USDA inspection mark. When the total distribution list is available, you will be able to find it here.

CoAgra recommends to toss them in the trash or return them to the store for a refund.

It gives me a hunger headache just thinking about all these recalls…damnit! Now Tylenol is recalled too!
