    Don’t buy crocs, people. What a horrible, horrible fashion choice.

      @Yoko Broke Up The Beatles: So is wearing horizontal and vertical stripes together. But I have done/will do it. I’d rather be comfortable than fashionable. Being fashionable is the reason women wear elf toe point high heels.

      @Yoko Broke Up The Beatles:

      I actually know about a legitimate use for Crocs. If you have a child who takes Irish dance lessons, the child will have to wear very expensive, hand-made soft-soled leather shoes called “ghillies”. Their lacing is complicated. It is easier to get dressed at home, including the shoes, drive to dance and then be prepared instantly to partake in lessons. The problem of course is now those expensive leather shoes will be subject to walking on sidewalks, where dirt, extraordinary rough surfaces and puddles may exist. The solution? Slip on a pair of Crocs. Problem solved.

      Also… Crocs make a nice rain-boot kind of thing which is very nice, if not a bit expensive. The absolutely wonderful thing about them is they are latex free which is wonderful if you are allergic to latex, like my daughter.

      But yeah anyone else who wears Crocs?

      Ugh. Just, ugh.

    I don’t buy them for fashion. I buy them because my feet hurt.

    I’d love to take advantage of these morning “deals” but after my Beals dish fiasco, I feel I can no longer trust Consumerist’s deal judgement.

    woot has a nice roomba today though…
