Friday Consumerist Flickr Pool Finds
Wow you guys are photo machines. I just checked The Consumerist Flickr pool and there’s over 12,000 photos from over 1,100 members. That is pretty awesome. There’s a cool synergy that happens when a post is based on a reader tip or story, a whole bunch of readers comment on it, and then a reader-submitted picture is used as illustration. Not to get all meta or anything but it’s all about your voice getting out there and driving the shape of the news that gets reported. And darnit, that’s pretty neat. Here’s this weeks top picks from the Consumerist Flickr Pool.

The Consumerist Flickr Pool is a place where Consumerist readers go and upload photos for possible use in future Consumerist posts. Just be a registered Flickr user, go here, and click “Join Group?” up on the top right, and start hitting “send to group” on your individual photos you want to add to the pool.
Add your shots to The Consumerist Flickr pool, and perhaps they’ll get featured in a future story, or even highlighted in a Friday Flickr Pool Find post.
