It’s not too late to get good deals for Thanksgiving and Christmas airline tickets, reports WSJ, but you will have to be flexible with your dates. This is made easier because Christmas and New Year’s are Tuesdays this year. For instance, a NY-Las Vegas roundtrip, Nov 21-Nov 25 would cost you $1,095 on American. If you instead leave Thanksgiving Day and come back Tuesday, it’s only $335. Primetime seats will cost you a beautiful ugly penny, but if you slide your dates around, you can find more palatable fares.
