Hi, for the once-in-a-blue-moon department, I’d like to say something good about a company:
I found a fitbit on the ground in my neighborhood and figured the owner would like it back. I emailed fitbit to ask if there was anything they could do about it, and they immediately sent me a fedex label to ship it back to them so they could return it to the owner (see their email below). I was impressed!
We appreciate your good will about the Tracker that you found.
We would like to email you a FedEx shipping label so that we may reunite the Fitbit tracker to its original owner.
Could you please let us know what your shipping address and phone number is so that we may email a prepaid shipping label to you?
