DirecTV Customers Finally Get AMC In HD
DirecTV customers have never seen Don Draper commit sexual harassment or Walter White brew up a batch of meth in HD, but that’s finally about to change. The satellite provider will finally offer AMC in high-definition Sept. 9.
The revelation first appeared on DBS Talk and was later confirmed by DirecTV, which has faced public pressure for more than a year to add the channel. But as complaining customers note, the provider still has a long way to go in terms of offering all the non-blurry versions of channels customers would like.
