Much like the makers of this “modern claddagh” ring, the person or persons responsible for naming these “New Pegged Boyfriend” jeans have apparently never whiled away the hours looking at the seedier side of the internet.

C’mon, Gap… Couldn’t someone at least have done a [NSFW] Google search?

Maybe they were just trying to out-gaffe last year’s logo debacle…
