We know it’s hard to read every Consumerist post, so a good way to catch up is to subscribe to our Top 5 Stories mailing list. Every Friday you will get an email showing you the five most popular Consumerist stories of the week. We will also use this (sparingly) when a particularly awesome post breaks.     @Letsgohokies: No kidding. I check it at LEAST 10 times a day… Not much else to do at work while waiting for programs/data to load.

    I usually keep it open and minimized all day at work, hitting refresh a few times… Unfortunately I can only comment between noon and 1pm and after 5pm due to our site blocker.

    Irony: a post describing a way to cut down on the clutter of too many posts actually adds to it. :-)
