Kids today are seemingly becoming more interested in drugs than sex. Statistics from the government report dubbed America’s Children: Key National Indicators of Well-Being 2011 say the adolescent birth rate dropped from 21.7 per 1,000 girls aged 15 to 17 in 2008 to 20.1 per 1,000 in 2009.
