Harley-Davidson To Pay $15M To Resolve Creation Of “Super Tuners” That Violate Emission Standards

Turns out that the use of so-called “defeat devices” to cheat federal emissions standards isn’t just relegated to four-wheeled vehicles made by Volkswagen.
