If you’ve been having issues booking flights today, you’re not alone: multiple carriers have confirmed they were affected by a glitch in the Sabre reservation system.

Customers started reporting issues around noon ET on Friday, with American Airlines, JetBlue, and Alaska Airlines all confirming their systems were disrupted.

“Earlier today, Sabre had a brief technical issue that impacted multiple carriers, including American,” the carrier said in a statement. “This technical issue has been resolved. We apologize to our customers for the inconvenience.”

The carrier also apologized to customers individually on Twitter.

JetBlue confirmed it was having issues as well, replying to customers on Twitter with: “All JetBlue systems are being restored following a temporary outage of Sabre’s systems impacting multiple airlines,” and advising folks to “try again now.”

Alaska Airlines has also been reassuring customers on Twitter that while it was affected by the outage, systems should be up and running soon, writing things like, “Sorry for the wait, our outage has been addressed and we should have you on your way shortly.”
