Watch Video Of What It’s Like To Test World’s Tallest Water Slide, Feel Like Losing Your Insides

Have you eaten food recently and would you like it to stay eaten? Then maybe you don’t need to see point-of-view footage of what it’s like testing out the world’s tallest water slide, which just hosted its first human riders. Or sliders, whatever.

We first heard about the soon-to-be tallest water slide in the world back in November, when it was just a pipe dream that was nowhere near ready for living, breathing riders.

And now, engineers have been testing the Verrückt and its crazy drops at the Schlitterbahn water park in Kansas City, reports io9, complete with POV footage that makes me want to clutch the nearest earthbound object and hold onto it forever and ever.

The ride is 168 feet and 7 inches tall, and requires a climb up 264 steps before you can plummet 17 stories in a raft. The raft is basically there to maintain your anatomical features, or risk skinning your tush.

The opening date has been pushed back a few times, with the park’s site simply promising “sometime in 2014.”

At least there’s a net, right?
