Every year, when our Worst Company in America tournament rolls around, some yaysayers wonder why we can’t be more positive. “Where’s the Best Company in America?” they ask. This year, we finally took their complaints to heart. Which is to say that we’re asking you, our readers, to choose the biggest heartthrob among the top chief executives in America. Welcome to the final round of our first annual Sexiest CEO in America Tournament!

In the preliminary round, we pitted sixteen CEOs against each other in groups of eight. 16-seed Jamie Dimon of J.P. Morgan Chase stole our readers’ hearts and took the top spot in our first runoff round, and no doubt is delighted that some people . It’s a true Cinderella story, as Dimon went from riches to marginally more riches. Finishing behind Dimon in the first runoff were Lowell McAdam of Verizon and John Watson of Chevron.

In our second runoff, Meg Whitman of Hewlett-Packard took the top spot, and so she got to win an election for once. She had a unique advantage as the only woman competing in the SCIA tournament, though what this proves about our readership, I’m not quite sure. Trailing behind Ms. Whitman were Alan Mulally of Ford and Jeffrey Immelt of General Electric.

The polls close at 7:30 PM Eastern time, so get to it!
