Woman Banned From Abercrombie & Fitch For Excessive Purchases

What happens when you’re a huge fan of Abercrombie & Fitch, spending at least a thousand dollars there per year, but don’t have a retail store nearby? Why, you shop online, then get banned from making any more purchases from them. Of course. Wait, what?

The woman didn’t do anything wrong, except buy so many clothes from the retailer that they suspected her of buying them to resell, presumably abroad. While she could shop at brick and mortar A&F stores, she was no longer welcome to shop on the website.

“I’m not reselling them,” she told KGO. “As you can see, I have the clothes on. I wear them to work. I’ve worn every single pair of jeans.” After attention from the television station, Abercrombie relented and permitted her to spend money there again.
