Want Cheap Gas? Try Costco

For a good price on gas, try your favorite purveyor of bulk-sized butter barrels. WSJ reports that Costco tries to sell gas at or below the lowest price in the neighborhood.

Even if you’re not a member, some online users report that their Costco doesn’t ask to see their membership card first. For places that are self-serve, other users report that they can
just use their Amex at the pump and no additional verification is required to make a gas purchase. Nobody tell the guy Costco sued for picketing over what he said were misleading gas prices because they don’t factor in the cost of membership. He’s gonna be pissed

Where do you usually go for the best deal on gasoline? Sound off in the comments.
