Delta Passenger Pretending To Be Air Marshal Is Detained By Actual Air Marshal

If you’re going to try to impress someone by claiming to be a federal air marshal, be sure the real deal isn’t within earshot.

A passenger on a Delta flight from Detroit to Boston was allegedly overheard telling someone that he was an air marshal. But that wasn’t the case and somehow the news got to an actual marshal seated on the plane.

The real lawman detained the faux one and the pair were met by the TSA when the plane landed at Logan Airport.

This is the second marshal-related incident on a Delta flight this month. On a recent flight from France to the U.S., an irate passenger allegedly tried his martial arts chops out on an air marshal.
