Consumer Reports Says AT&T Is "Worst-Rated"

It won’t come as a surprise to its users who have had to deal with dropped calls and poor customer service, but AT&T ranked dead last in a new Consumer Reports survey of wireless carriers.

AT&T was also pretty behind second-to-last T-Mobile. U.S. Cellular took top rankings. Verizon was up there too, with Sprint just a few notches behind.

Survey results were based on responses by 58,000 readers.

In a released statement, AT&T said, “We take this seriously, and we continually look for new ways to improve the customer experience.”
