Project Walmart Freedom lists 742 numbers from Walmart’s corporate directory, and toll-free numbers for 83 Walmart divisions. We were also able to liberate the direct number for Walmart Vice Chairman John Menzer.

The complete directory has several useful nuggets, including the lobby phone for Walmart’s Bentonville headquarters, (479) 273-4270, and the number for the muzak department, (479) 277-4126. If you have a particularly intractable customer service problem, call John.

Exhaust all normal avenues before ringing one of Walmart’s top executives. We are giving you Menzer’s direct line, so be unfailingly polite when he picks up.
