Here’s a neat Firefox-only browser add-on to add an extra bit of functionality to the Consumerist comments. “Reply By Commenter Name” puts [reply by name] next to everyone’s comments. When you click on it, @ theirname: appears in your comments box, linked directly to their original comment. Neat!

Install Greasemonkey (if you haven’t already)
Install Reply to Commenter User Script
(You may need to restart Firefox after this).
