We’ve received a late-breaking report that a Wal-Mart in Englewood, CO is stocking Brokeback Mountain next to The Chronicles of Narnia and the Sesame Street learning series.

Almost like Wal-Mart begging for controversy.

Either that, or the retailer hopes the combined powers of Elmo, the Cookie Monster, Big Bird and Aslan can somehow mitigate the nefarious power of two men helping America come to terms with homosexuality.

Or, all three DVDs were released today and the end of the aisle is prime retail real-estate.

The world may never know.
