But it doesn't back up this claim. Instead it suggests you can have your account modified by those willing to add apps even if you aren't. It points to a youtube video link showing a user who has added an app using that app against a different user. It doesn't say that the other user added any apps. Rather than being a warning against outside apps it appears to be a warning about having a Facebook account. It suggest that those willing to add apps will have access to your account even if you don't add anything.
