I'm usually a "if it's free, it's for me" kind-of-guy but recently, I ordered a cheap MicroSD card from Buy.com (I know, I know, don't get me started) and it took 12 days to travel 453 miles. That's really not so bad except that I could never get any tracking info the entire time despite being given a tracking number and link and I was repeatedly hung up on by the shipper's automated 1-800 hotline.

Turns out the shipper was UPS Mail Innovations.

The only "innovation" here was a complete lack of customer service and making what should have taken less than a week, a relatively slow delivery. Don't take my word for it though-Google "UPS Mail Innovations" and see for yourself. I'll definitely think twice before going with free shipping.
