Good God Wolfmother is fucking Awesome!

The fact that this prick would have the nerve to complain about something even remotely related to buying a wolfmother ticket sickens me to the core. Guess what buddy? There are millions of us out there who didn't even get the chance to be dissapointed by them cancelling. And you probably missed a hell of a show otherwise. Yes they do guitar solos, and jazz flute, and Rock.

Even if they hadn't refunded, I'd have felt no sympathy. The guy bought tickets for a complete festival, you don't go to a festival to see one band.

See, this would be a case where I would have still send the ticket via some sort of confirmed shippment, because if it gets "lost in the mail", they'll re-charge your credit card.

A better question is why they need you to return your ticket at all? All the tickets are individually bar coded; as soon as they retun the ticket in the system, your ticket becomes invalid for entry.

Props to LiveNation... if I was in charge I would make him attend simply as punishment for spending $46+ to see Wolfmother. Blech.

The big difference is that Live Nation is the concert promoter (formerly Clear Channel Entertainment). They have quite the incentive to treat their customers well (as opposed to TicketMaster). But bravo to Live Nation for doing the outstandingly right thing.
