By Chris Morran on March 2, 2012 4:15 PM

Yep, There Was Semen In The Yogurt
By Ben Popken on February 7, 2011 5:00 PM
The woman who reported to police last week that the free yogurt sample she received tasted like it had semen in it? Turns out she was right. Police have confirmed that the sample of Greek yogurt was tainted with semen. Results from DNA sample taken from the employee who handed out the sample are still pending. There's something fishy about the free sample story though, according to the police report it doesn't sound like there was an official sampling going on that day. UPDATE: The Smoking Gun has copies of the search warrant affidavit, police report, and a hand-written witness statement. More »

Among the "improvements" that have come with the rate increase has been new and improved water bills with return envelopes. I'm attaching a picture of the bill and the envelope. Look at it closely and think of what would happen if I put the bill in the return envelope, stamp it and send it off. I'll give you a hint, I'd waste a stamp and it'd come right back to me!  More »

EECB Stops Improper Searches At New Mexico Walmart
By Meg Marco on January 31, 2008 5:59 PM
Yesterday I sent an e-mail bomb to several executives at Walmart. The concern was that the store was requiring you to provide your receipt upon leaving the store (as in Sam's club, but at Walmart). As we all know, this is a hot topic issue, and I expected Walmart to ignore my e-mails. But to my surprise, after writing my e-mail on Sunday afternoon, I got a reply shortly after 8am!
